We are currently accepting applications for food vendors for the 2017 festival, including arts & crafts vendors and non-profit exhibits.

This application is not a contract and does not guarantee an offer of space.

If your application is selected, vendor fees must be paid in full within 5 days of approval.

Applications and payments will not be accepted after their respective deadlines.

• Concessions will be selected and contacted in the following days of your online submission. If selected, vendor fees must be paid within 5 days of approval letter. Applications and fees accepted after March 25, 2017 deadline will be assessed a 50% late fee. See vendor application for more details.

•Vendor fees are nonrefundable.

•Front Street Food Fest is Saturday, April 8, 2017. The plaza opens to the public at 10am and closes at 9pm.

• Vendors must have their displays set up and all vehicles out of the vending area by 10:00 am on Saturday.  Vendors CANNOT break down and leave the vending area anytime before 5pm.

•All food vendors must have an Arkansas Department of Health Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit displayed. Guidelines for the permit may be viewed at http://www.healthy.arkansas.gov/programsServices/environmentalHealth/Documents/Guidelin es/temporaryfoodserviceguidelines.pdf. •Vendors should bring a 100-foot extension cord (minimum) to connect to on-site power supply.

•Vendors should bring water hoes if needed.

•Menu boards must be posted and legible.
